Christopher Bocage's Biography
Born in Vallejo, CA (Northern California) and raised in Hawaii on the beautiful island of O'ahu, I grew up with either a football, baseball, or basketball, in my hand. I have always had success with fitness as well as a desire for helping people which I have turned into my passion and profession as a personal trainer.
